1. Who we are
Grass Roots Landscaping (“we,” “us”) provides lawn care and landscaping services in West Newbury & all surrounding towns. These terms cover your use of this website and how our services are arranged.
2. Estimates & scheduling
Estimates are free and provided based on the information you share with us and, where needed, a visit to the property. An estimate is not a binding contract; final pricing is confirmed before work begins. Scheduling is subject to weather and season — we'll communicate any changes as early as we can.
3. Promotions
The “first cut free” offer applies to new customers who book recurring weekly lawn service, one per household, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. Other promotions are as described at the time they're offered.
4. Payment
Payment terms (timing and accepted methods) are agreed when service is booked. Invoices are due as stated on the invoice.
5. Property access & conditions
You're responsible for providing safe access to the areas we service and for letting us know about hazards we can't see — irrigation lines, invisible fences, septic components, and the like. We treat every property with care and will make right any damage caused by our negligence.
6. Website content
The content on this site — photos of our work, text, and our logo — belongs to Grass Roots Landscaping and may not be reused without permission. The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grass Roots Landscaping is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Massachusetts law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
